Frank J. Loscalzo has been an attorney for over 20 years. He started his legal career in California, working as a litigator for a general practice firm and developing a strong reputation for being a powerful litigator and a persuasive and compassionate negotiator. In 1996, Mr. Loscalzo took his strong skills and returned to his home state of New York and began working as a litigating attorney before the federal and state bar in New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties on matters relating to matrimonial and family law, criminal defense, estate and elder law, bankruptcy, consumer law, and other areas of litigation. Mr. Loscalzo has the unique ability to utilize his background in bankruptcy and consumer law to the benefit of the firm's bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, matrimonial and family law, criminal defense and estate clients. He is a seasoned and practical litigator who has the ability to settle even the most complex cases.
Ronald M. Organ, Esq
Personal Profile
Mr. Organ is a native of Hempstead, NY on Long Island. After graduating from Hempstead High School in 1965 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1966. He served as a combat marine scout in Viet Nam and was awarded a purple heart on Operation Swift in 1967. After his return to the states, Mr. Organ was stationed in North Carolina and Guantanamo Bay Naval Base, Cuba until his Honorable Discharge as a Sergeant in 1968.
Mr. Organ’s pre-law education consisted of an Associate’s Degree in Biology from Nassau Community College, Garden City, NY and Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Secondary Education from The State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Mr. Organ joined Loscalzo & Associates, PLLC in October 2010 and is responsible for credit card defense, FDCPA actions, mortgage foreclosure defense, buyer and seller real estate, matrimonial matters, and appeals for the firm.
He has practiced law in New York for 28 years and is admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Federal Districts. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Western New England College School of Law in 1982. Mr. Organ had the distinct privilege and honor of being selected as Student Commencement Speaker for the 1982 Graduating Law School Class. He was admitted to practice in 1983.
Mr. Organ has had a varied and broad legal career. He was a solo practitioner for 15 years. Mr. Organ left private practice when he was recruited as General Counsel for a major financial services consulting firm on Wall Street in 1998 and subsequently served in the same capacity for a boutique financial services consulting firm in New York City. Mr. Organ briefly returned to private practice after 10 years working in NYC before joining Loscalzo & Associates.
During 28 years of law practice Mr. Organ’s legal experience has included: Business and Commercial law; Contracts; Construction Law; Business and Commercial Negotiation and Investigation; Corporation and Partnership Law and formation; Human Resources & Employment Law; Real Estate [residential and commercial]; Estates and Trusts [Estate Planning, Probate, Wills and Trusts]; Matrimonial, Personal Injury, Civil Litigation; Family Law; Civil Appeals; Arbitration; Sports Law, and Criminal law.
During his General Counsel employment, Mr. Organ’s, duties were extensive and partially consisted of managing and directing all the company’s legal affairs, managing Human Resources and employee relations, managing the “factoring” & financing bank relationship, securing and negotiating commercial insurance coverage, drafting all key legal documents, contract negotiations with clients such as Citibank, Chase, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and major financial institutions, and lead the Client Dispute Resolution Team.
In addition, Mr. Organ’s experience has also included teaching the New York State Real Estate Qualifying Course for New York Institute of Technology, Central Islip, NY; Guest Speaker for Professional Real Estate Organizations [e.g. Long Island Board of Realtors, Prudential Long Island Realty]; Guest Lecturer on Fantasy Literature at Dowling University, Long Island, NY; Writer; and as a Motivational Speaker.

Ashish Malhotra is as an Associate Attorney in the Bankruptcy Department, working closely with Managing Partner, Frank J. Loscalzo.
